Overview

BTSI qualifications offer a real alternative to employees and employers alike to change behaviours and improve performance. We deliver each qualification using a unique blend of technology and hands on workshops. Programmes are delivered over a 9 month period with only 4 days out of the office for each one. You meet your dedicated tutor at the first workshop. The tutor is then available to mentor, advise and assist you to complete your qualification. You have direct access to your tutor via email.

Each qualification consists of three modules and those modules are made up of a series of learning units. Each learning unit is further divided into bite sizes of learning each one delivered to you each day as a “daily bite”. As you progress from one learning unit to the next you are continuously applying a new knowledge and sales skillset directly to your specific sales role within your company. You complete assignments that are specific to your company and how to improve your sales. In a systematic and measurable way you begin to change how you approach your job and the outcomes that you expect from your work input. In a short period of time your results improve as does your skillset and ability to deal with any changes in your environment. With this new sense of confidence your results continue to improve as this new way of doing things now becomes the norm.
